Vibe Dental Group is a growing dental organization built around a simple belief: when you take care of people, growth follows.

What began as a single dental practice in Pulaski, Tennessee, has grown into a multi-location organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, developing outstanding dental professionals, and creating meaningful opportunities for the people and communities we serve.

Our mission goes beyond building great dental practices. We exist to positively influence lives—one patient, one team member, and one community at a time.

Our Story

Vibe Dental Group began with a single dental practice in Pulaski, Tennessee.

In 2008, Dr. Nathan Owens purchased his first practice from Dr. Ken Webb. It was in a modest 1,100-square-foot building, alongside a team of just five employees, that Dr. Owens began his career as a practice owner. Remarkably, many members of that original team remain part of the Vibe family today.

From the beginning, the philosophy was simple: treat our patients and our team like family.

That belief became the foundation for everything that followed.

During its first seven years, the practice more than doubled in size, growing from approximately $400,000 in annual production to more than $1 million. But the next stage of growth required more than clinical excellence—it required learning how to build and lead an organization.

After navigating a challenging period personally and professionally, Dr. Owens made the decision to invest heavily in his own development. In 2016, he returned to school to earn his MBA while simultaneously completing an intensive two-year program focused on communication, leadership, management, and dental business systems.

Those experiences fundamentally changed the way he viewed the business of dentistry.

Dr. Owens and his team began implementing systems for leadership, organization, marketing, communication, case presentation, and team development. The results came quickly. Within approximately one year, the practice doubled in size.

By 2017, the organization had grown to 13 employees and welcomed Dr. Carter, who would later become a partner in Vibe Dental Group. Dr. Wright joined the team in 2019, becoming the group's third dentist.

By the end of 2017, the original practice had grown to approximately $3 million in annual production, employed more than 20 team members, and moved from its original 1,100-square-foot office into a new facility of more than 4,000 square feet.

But we were just getting started.

In 2020, amid the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the decision to continue moving forward and opened a second location in Pulaski.

In 2021, we expanded beyond Tennessee for the first time by adding a practice in Huntsville, Alabama. That was followed by our fourth location in Antioch, Tennessee, in June 2022 and our fifth location in Fairview, Tennessee, in October of that same year.

What began as one dentist, five employees, and a small-town dental office had grown into a multi-location dental organization supporting dozens of team members and doctors across multiple communities.

Yet growth has never been the ultimate goal.

Impact is.

Dr. Owens' personal mission has always been to have a positive influence on as many people as possible through example, education, connection, and leadership. That same philosophy has become part of the DNA of Vibe Dental Group.

Every new practice allows us to care for more patients. Every new doctor gives us an opportunity to help a clinician grow. Every new team member represents another career we can develop. And every community we enter gives us another opportunity to make a positive difference.

That is why we continue to grow.

We aren't building a larger dental organization simply for the sake of becoming larger. We are building an organization capable of creating more opportunities, developing more people, serving more patients, and positively influencing more lives.

We started with one small dental office in Pulaski, Tennessee.

Today, we're building something much bigger.

And we're just getting started.
